Party games can be really fun. Here are a few suggestions of the favourites every child loves to play:
- Pin the Tail on The Stroogle - With this free colour download you can print off and assemble a large Stroogle and attach it to a cork board. Cut out the tails and all you need are some coloured drawing pins and a blind fold! Pin the Tail on The Stroogle pdf 269 KB
- Pass the Parcel - with Stroogle goodies for everyone to share inside.
- "Garden Hunt" - just like a traditional "treasure hunt". Hide wrapped lollies around the garden for the children to find.
- Face painting - The party guests can choose their favourite garden animal.
- Musical Mushrooms - musical chairs.
- "Icky Sticky"- one of 5 fun games you can play with the Stroogle Card Game available at The Shop. This is a great quiet activity to have while you are waiting for the last parents to come and collect their little garden dwellers.
Some of the best activities at a party are "make your own, then take home". Children are so proud of what they have made and are only too happy to take their gift home as part of their party bag.
- Make your own party/gnome hat
- Design and decorate a t-shirt
- Decorate pencils with a collection of sequins, feathers and pipe cleaners.
- Decorate paper door hangers for their bedroom door (lots of stickers are great for this activity).
- Plant a tree (it can be a tree for the Stroogle's garden).
- Paint your own tote bag (see The Stroogle Shop for library bags you can paint with colour).
- Decorate your own picture frame.
